As an Engineering Administrator you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food. Our operation in Faversham are looking for candidates who can commit to a Monday to Friday shift pattern, working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 08:00-16:00. What’s in it for you? You will manage the MOT servicing, reporting and processing for both internal and external, providing the highest level of contractor care. Build good working relationships internally and externally. Effective time management to ensure the job is completed within the set time frame provided. Ensure the master servicing information is up to date as well as completing vehicle off the road reports and contractual engineering reports. Support engineering managers on proposed fleet moves ensuring a full compliant audit trail is being worked too, then liaising with the fleet compliance team for fleet related systems to be updated. You will be Supporting the VMU’s on parked up/Mothball assets to ensure this is completed for Peak period for Gist. Assist in overall engineering related systems, upgrades, and roll outs. Ideally, you will have experience of administration in a busy logistics environment, be PC literate (Word and Excel minimum), have a FLT license (desirable) and good verbal and written communication.
