About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is partnering with a forward-thinking secondary school in Tameside to recruit a Behaviour Mentor. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for supporting students who face social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, helping them succeed academically and personally.
Your Role:
* Provide tailored support for students struggling with behavior and engagement.
* Work alongside teachers and the pastoral team to implement behavior management strategies.
* Create a safe and positive environment that encourages student growth.

* Experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity.
* A calm, empathetic, and resilient attitude.
* A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
