About The Role: Days of Working: Monday to Friday Shift Pattern: 07:00am to 15:00pm, 07:30am to 15:30pm Key responsibilities: Preparing a variety of hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere Keeping the bar area clean and organised, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and in good working order Monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently Ensuring that all drinks meet the company’s quality standards and are presented attractively Adhering to health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards Working closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service What are we looking for?
