We are looking for a passionate and committed Spanish teacher to become a part of a vibrant team at a Plymouth secondary school. This is a full-time position that will start in September 2024. The ideal applicant will have a strong love for teaching, be dedicated to the growth of students, and be qualified to teach Spanish and at least one other language at Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:
6. Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Spanish and English.
7. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
8. Support students in developing language skills and cultural understanding.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum.
You will have:
10. QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
11. The successful candidate will have experience teaching in KS3 and KS4 and have a thorough, up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum and age-related expectations.
12. Two education- or school-based references
13. UK right to work in place; unfortunately, we cannot support Sponsorship
14. Good spoken and written Spanish and English skills
15. Have high expectations for teaching, learning and behaviour
16. To succeed in this Spanish teaching position, you will need to be a strong classroom practitioner who can engage with pupils and make an immediate impact on their education.
