* Experience with Special Educational Needs:
o Previous experience with pupils diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or SLCN is preferred.
o Support students 1:1 and in small groups both in mainstream classes and in the inclusion area.
* Collaboration with Teachers: Work closely with teachers to differentiate resources, set targets, and monitor student progress.
* Required Qualifications:
o Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in literacy and numeracy.
o Previous experience with young people is preferable, but not essential.
* Personal Development: A genuine commitment to learning and development is important.
