The Head of Property (m/f/d) is responsible for overseeing the management, acquisition, and maintenance of all properties within the UK organization. This role ensures that all properties are utilized efficiently, comply with legal standards, and support the strategic goals of the business.

Your Responsibilities
* Manage daily property operations and maintain high standards.
* Develop property policies and ensure health, safety, and legal compliance.
* Assess lease agreements and safeguard business interests.
* Identify acquisitions, manage surplus disposals, and negotiate contracts.
* Lead and develop the property team, promoting excellence and collaboration.
* Encourage continuous improvement and a strong performance culture.
* Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-efficiency.
* Forecast and analyze property investments to minimize portfolio vacancies.
* Create and execute property strategies aligned with organizational goals.
* Research market trends and align strategies with overall business objectives.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications like RICS or CPM are preferred.
* Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team management skills to align goals and drive performance.
* Expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and managing property-related investments.
* In-depth knowledge of property law, compliance, and industry regulations.
* Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
* Adaptability under pressure with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
