A permanent position has arisen at this well-established, independent funds provider for a Company Secretarial Officer to join its Jersey Operation. The successful candidate will take on a varied workload including taking minutes and attending board meetings, maintaining statutory records, support the company on corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and fundraising along with ensuring compliance with all legal and governance standards. Duties of an administrative nature including preparing board packs, travel arrangements and dealing with client mail shots. To be considered for this position, it is expected that you will have fast, accurate typing, a high level of IT proficiency is required as is some understanding of the financial services industry. Ideally you will hold an ICSA qualification. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant role within Financial Services is also considered essential.
