Your Role:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Answering the phone to customers and updating our CRM lead database.
Managing the sales inbox and responding to webform inquiries.
Handling commercial sales inquiries and routing calls as needed.
Following up on potential leads and providing holiday cover for the receptionist.
Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.Who You Are:
