For more information visit www.pxlimited.com The Northampton fuel terminal is connected to the UK Oil Pipeline enabling deliveries of gasoline and distillate products from both the Thames in the south and Stanlow in the North West refineries, via a spur line. The terminal has five operating loading bays, with facilities for loading gasoline, super unleaded, diesel, and interface. The terminal has eight main storage tanks holding a total of 28,000 m3 of fuel products. Ethanol is imported via road tanker and discharged into storage tanks for blending into gasoline fuel. The Northampton terminal is a Lower Tier COMAH site and the site operates 24 hours a day 365 days a year with a team of 13 staff. The Opportunity We are now recruiting for an Operations Supervisor at our Northampton Fuel Terminal reporting directly to the Terminal manager. It is the responsibility of the Operations Supervisor to provide a level of leadership support associated with Terminal Storage disciplines. To oversee and ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operations of the terminal's daily activities. This includes managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of fuel products, ensuring that all procedures follow industry standards and regulations. Minimum Requirements: NVQ level 3 or equivalent certificate in a Health & Safety, Bulk Storage or Process Safety discipline. Time served in bulk storage or high hazard industry. Leadership qualification or experience.
