The Administrative Support Specialist is a vital role at ChapmanBDSP, playing a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of our office. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our busy team as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant.
Job Description
We are seeking an organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to our team. As the first point of contact for people inside and outside the organization, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, visitors, and staff. You will also answer the phone, take messages, and forward them as appropriate.
* You will manage the meeting room booking system and prepare and set up the meeting rooms for events and meetings.
* In addition to your administrative duties, you will assist with events and book travel and couriers as required.
* You will also perform general administrative tasks including scanning, filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to organize and self-manage their workload. You will also need to have good attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We are offering a salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, to work on-site from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
