Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience in administration or coordination roles, with a proven ability to resolve complaints effectively.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, confident in navigating challenging conversations.
* Proficient in engaging effortlessly and confidently with patients, their representatives, colleagues, clinicians, and external bodies when needed.
* Skilled in collaborating and building relationships seamlessly across teams, effectively interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders.
