- Working with existing customers
- Prospect to potential new clients within our eco-system
- Identify up-sell and cross sell opportunities to increase the life-time value of our customers and work closely with the customer account manager
- Understanding customer requirements via calls and meetings
- Checking costs and quoting customers
- Producing quotations and illustrating the value of our solutions
- Negotiating and closing
- Achieving quota and forecasting accurately
- Working with sales operations to ensure on time renewals and supporting admin tasks
