System Edström, founded in 1958 in Sweden, provides racking systems for service vehicles. With over 30 years of experience in the UK, System Edström delivers efficient and safe LCV conversions to leading service industry companies, local authorities, procurement agencies, and public organisations. Following continuous growth and expansion, an exciting new development role has been created for a talented Sales Co-Ordinator.
Role
Reporting to the UK Conversations Sales Manager and working collaboratively across the business functions, you will provide the team and customers valuable support, including:
1. Handling incoming customer enquiries and qualifying opportunities.
2. Maintaining day-to-day relationships with our Lease Partners and providing periodic reports.
3. Managing SME account portfolio and supporting Area Sales Managers with Key Account management.
4. Working with System Edstrom Approved Installers to manage the process of third-party conversions and maintain timely communication to all stakeholders.
5. Working closely with dealerships and OEMs to arrange onward movement of vehicles post conversion.
6. Overseeing the process of tender submissions and meeting rigid deadlines.
7. Maintaining an accurate CRM database by entering and updating client information as well as ensuring accurate quote data.

1. The ability to manage an account base and recognize new business opportunities.
2. A keen eye for detail and effective administration of processes and procedures within our sales cycle.
3. Ownership of timely submissions of quotations and tender submissions with a focus on concise content.
4. A desire to develop commercial relationships and accumulate industry knowledge.
5. Maintain strong internal relationships and work closely with Operational colleagues as well as with the Customer Support Team in managing client and partner expectations.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized, and the experience to manage processes with attention to detail and a strong analytical approach.
