Job Description ARE YOU A MID WEIGHT INTERIOR DESIGNER LOOKING FOR AN EXCITING NEW OPPORTUNITY? Our client, founded in 2016, is one of the most experienced and renowned studios specialising in the Build to Rent sector. With a team of around 20 designers, this studio has grown rapidly and has stretched its project coverage across 14 cities in the United Kingdom. Due to continued growth and a pipeline of exciting new projects, the studio is looking to expand by bringing in a couple more Junior and Mid Weight Interior Designers to the team. This is a hybrid role and is based on 3 days per week in the studio and 2 working from home. You will NEED your own driving license and car to be able to visit with suppliers. Also, the studio is based around the outskirts of Leeds, so having a car would be highly beneficial. REQUIREMENTS of the role: At least 4 years' experience in a similar role/ industry. Qualification in Interior Design/Architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suites. Full and clean UK driving license. Knowledge of FF&E suppliers is beneficial. Experience/ knowledge of RIBA Stage 2 to Stage 4. RESPONSIBILITIES of the role: Assist the Senior Designers in producing creative conceptual design. Deliver design documents from RIBA Stages 2 to 4.
