Our well-established client is seeking ambitious and collaborative Transport Planners with a minimum of 3+ years' relevant UK industry experience. The successful candidate will play a significant role in their transport planning team, based in Fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of Transport Assessments and Transport Statements
* Preparation and coordination of Travel Plans
* Preparation and presentation of technical data and drawings
* Undertaking junction capacity assessments using ARCADY, PICADY, and LINSIG
* Liaison with clients, contractors, and local/national authorities
* Ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of tasks
* Checking quality and accuracy of work by junior team members
* Supporting team members' technical development
* Assisting in delivering advice on Highways & Transport matters
* Conducting site appraisals, designing surveys, and contributing to reports and presentations
* Maintaining project documentation
* Supporting other tasks as assigned

Candidate Specifications:
* Degree in Transport Planning, Geography, Civil Engineering, or related field
* Over 3 years of UK Transport Planning experience
* Membership of Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD (desirable)
* Experience with ARCADY, PICADY, and LINSIG
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Numeracy and data interpretation skills
* Commercial awareness
