Job Title: Secondary Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to secondary school students in various subjects Develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to students' individual needs Assess students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their academic performance Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure students' educational goals are met Required Qualifications: A relevant degree in Education or a related field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Education: Degree in Education or related field Experience: Prior experience in tutoring or teaching secondary school students Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the secondary school curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and engage students Organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing tutoring services to secondary school students in Oxfordshire.
