Forseven, a revolutionary company, is looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, and is seeking a Finance Analyst/Finance Manager (Sales & Aftersales) to join our highly skilled and dynamic team.
Reporting into the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the VP of Sales as they build their team and roll out a global sales and aftersales network from scratch. As an experienced finance professional in this newly created position, you will ensure that the sales function has sufficient financial support and analysis to aid fast strategic decision-making. You will ensure close governance as the team executes on this strategy on a global scale, ensuring it is fit to deliver our growth ambitions. You will benefit from experiencing a business in a pre-revenue scale-up phase and will have the opportunity to develop professionally as the company grows.
The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Requirements
* Partner with the VP of Sales and their team covering sales operations, network development, financial services, B2B, Aftersales, and logistics.
* Deliver and present excellent financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Ensure strong governance and cost control as we roll out our sales network, ensuring it is fit to deliver our growth ambitions.
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for the sales and aftersales business working closely with the FP&A team.
* Support the finance analyst in ensuring that month-end accounts are accurate and produced in a timely manner.
* Support the business in making key investments with robust business cases ensuring all investments deliver good ROIs.
* Support the network development team as they find the right partners for our global sales network and ensure we have the right incentives in place in all commercial agreements.
* Support the financial services team in rolling out a suite of ownership options for our customers.
* Support the aftersales team in building a class-leading customer experience for the life of our customer's journey.
* Support the business in getting ready for transacting sales and be ready to deliver brilliant performance reporting and analysis.
* Support the business as it rolls out long-term enterprise solutions as the business moves from scale-up to revenue-generating business.
What you will need:
* A qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
* Experience of working with automotive sales organizations either within an OEM or dealership.
* Experience in Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or FP&A.
* Experienced in working with business stakeholders of all levels and adapting working style to influence effectively.
* Personable, approachable, and empathetic individual with clear communication skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.
* Analytical and system-thinker with a keen eye for detail.
* Advanced capability in Excel, experience with Power BI & Power Query beneficial.
