Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing tasks such as liaising with the credit and pricing teams, coordinating with clients and partners, preparing content for QBRs and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This role is essential in helping our sales team close deals and build strong customer and partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Supports and participates in business planning with account managers.
2. Works with and leverages internal functions (credit, pricing, portfolio management, service excellence) to deliver the business results.
3. May interface with any level in customers and partners’ organisations.
4. Quota responsibility in alignment with account managers.
Education and Experience Required:
5. University or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Finance.
6. Typically 2+ years of professional experience in a related field.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce).
