Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all weddings and events, liaising with the General Manager to ensure our guests needs are met.
* Be a true ambassador for Butcombe Pubs, passionate about our brand and the local area.
* Work closely with our guests and internal teams to deliver memorable events and experinances, meeting all requirements with precision.
* Proactively drive new business, follow up on all leads, and support key projects throughout the seasonal calendar.
* Conduct venue show-arounds, promoting our services and offerings.
* Monitor and review all enquiries, ensuring smooth communication with the General Manager.
* Full responsibility of our reservations desk and team.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in event sales or coordination is a must.
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Strong leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and managing teams to achieve targets.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
* Keen attention to detail and a commitment to executing flawless events.
* Familiarity with social media management.
* Marketing expertise.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Hours of Work:
* Full-time role, 48 hours per week.
* Sunday to Saturday availability, including some evening and bank holiday shifts.
