Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Edinburgh, and take ownership of the recruitment activity for 3 of our European locations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving our organization's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent across various departments.
* Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions
* Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build a robust talent pipeline
* Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
* Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows
* Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation
* Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring processes
* Stay updated on employment laws and industry-specific recruitment trends
* Take part in global projects and initiatives as well as delivering training to hiring teams on how to best deliver recruitment activity
Qualifications
* Strong proven track record of working as a recruitment SME
* Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies
* Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
* Demonstrated success in building relationships with hiring managers and candidates
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in employer branding initiatives

* Experience of acting as a recruitment business partner for a global organization
