Salary: 45,000 - 45,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* Strong experience in Purchase-to-Pay processes, including PO creation, invoice approvals, and procurement.
* Familiarity with service management tools for tracking incidents, purchases, and change requests.
* Understanding of software licensing portals such as SNOW and M365 Admin Portal.
* Qualifications in Mathematics and English are ideal; a financial qualification is a plus but not essential.
* Experience working in a large multinational organization and comfort in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytic, commercial, and negotiation skills, with the ability to push back when necessary.
Responsibilities:
* Review, approve, and process vendor invoices, ensuring alignment with purchase orders.
* Manage end-to-end procurement, from obtaining quotes to tracking deliveries and closing POs.
* Track IT spend, produce monthly financial reports, and ensure purchase requests align with available budgets.
* Maintain vendor records, oversee IT asset lifecycle management, and ensure inventory accuracy across corporate locations.
* Purchase and assign software licenses, monitor availability via Microsoft 365 Admin Portal, and track license consumption using SNOW.
* Manage service requests, resolve tickets, escalate issues, and ensure efficient handling of IT-related procurement and licensing queries.
* Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, collaborate with finance and IT teams, and engage with stakeholders at all levels to optimize workflows.
