After restructuring the Customer Success function to create specialist roles, they are now looking for a strong leader to take the Renewals team forward. As Renewals Team Lead, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to refine forecasting, enhance internal processes, and improve team performance. Monitor key renewal metrics and ensure timely interventions for at-risk contracts.
Provide regular reporting, performance insights, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
Proven experience leading a renewals, account management, or customer success team in a B2B SaaS environment.
Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach, always looking for ways to refine processes and improve performance.
Experience with CRM and data analysis tools to track and report on key metrics.
You prefer working in large corporate environments with rigid structures—this is a fast-growing, agile business.
You are not comfortable working in a high-performance, data-driven environment.
Hybrid working: Flexibility to balance office and remote work - 1-2 days a week in the office in central Bath.
