Technical Administrator Ipswich
Monday Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm) - Hybrid
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary + an excellent benefits package
OTE - £32,800 - £35,000
Leading construction company with over 150 years history are seeking an experienced Technical Administrator to join the Technical Department in their Ipswich office.
The Technical Administrator will be technically minded, possess proven and extensive IT skills, with experience in working within a similar administration role, responsible for the co-ordination of quality control, checking and project administration within a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Provide Administrative support within the department as the business demands
Liaison with clients, Area Technical Managers and Site Technicians
Internal / external telephone enquiries
Administration of live project documents and notifications
Production and process of Technical specifications,
Review, process and produce project documents including inspection reports & guarantees
Prioritise workload to meet the demands of the business
Use of purpose built database, Word and Excel
Skills:
Technically minded
A good level of spelling and grammar
Excellent organisational abilities
High degree of accuracy
Team orientated
Advanced level of Computer literacy
Salary & Benefits:
£28,000 - £30,000 basic salary + an excellent benefits package (+ Joining Bonus of £500)
OTE £32,800 - £35,000
