Job Purpose
* Oversee building and infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet requirements, budget, and deadlines.
* Work with different teams inside and outside the organization to ensure projects run smoothly and follow regulations.
* Solve problems and manage expectations to keep everything on track.
Main Duties
* Plan project goals, timelines, and resources based on what stakeholders need.
* Monitor budgets, risks, and progress, providing updates and reports.
* Act as the main contact for stakeholders, making sure communication flows properly.
* Lead project meetings to keep everyone aligned and informed.
* Work with contractors to ensure construction meets design, safety, and legal standards.
* Handle the purchasing process, selecting and negotiating with suppliers and contractors.
Requirements
* Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects at once.
* Experience in managing building, construction, or facilities projects.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
* Certifications or qualifications in project or construction management - desired.
