Now we are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist who possesses exceptional communication and teaching skills to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide training, and support them in using our solutions while meeting compliance requirements.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for clients, from initial handover to fully using the platform, ensuring all client needs are addressed. That consists of delivering clear, structured training sessions, helping clients understand the platform’s features, best practices, and compliance requirements.
* Needs Assessment & Solution Delivery: Taking ownership and understanding customers’ context, pain points, and enhancing platform adoption.
* Training Materials: Create and edit presentations, guides, diagrams, and screen recordings to improve clarity and facilitate understanding.
* Client Communication: Maintain professional communication to manage expectations, provide updates, and build a strong customer relationship.
* Educational Communication: Explain complex concepts to clients of all levels in a clear way, adapting your approach based on the client’s role and background.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and address any client concerns promptly.
About You:
* Proficiency in English, additionally Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Portuguese would be a plus.
* 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, or related client-facing/ educational roles in B2B SaaS, fintech, identity verification, crypto, banking, trading, gaming, e-commerce or a related industry.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to teach and simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
* Ability to create and edit visual and video content (presentations, diagrams, screen recordings) to improve client understanding, with strong attention to detail.
* Understanding client challenges and translating them into actionable solutions.
* Highly organised and proactive, able to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely onboarding in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to collaborate across different countries and time zones, setting clear expectations and effectively mediating and resolving issues.
Would be a plus:
* Experience withKYC, KYB, compliance, or identity verification is a strong plus.
* Theoretical/ practical knowledge of programming languages (e.g. HTML, CSS).
* Experience with API integrations, Postman.
* Experience with SDK integrations (web and mobile).
* Experience with Excel/ Google Sheets.
* Strong understanding of the Atlassian products (Confluence).
* Experience with task trackers/ task management software (e.g. YouTrack, ClickUp).
* Experience with data visualisation and business intelligence products (SQL, Superset)
* Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
