As an Installation Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers during installations, representing the company with professionalism and excellence while delivering top-tier service. Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Reporting to the Installation Manager for weekly schedules. Travelling across the UK to install electronic systems (occasional overnight stays required). Training customers on how to use specialist software. Responding to customer requests by phone or on-site as needed. Assisting with troubleshooting and demonstrations at trade events.What You’ll Need to Succeed: Technical Know-How: Experience in running and managing network cables, basic DIY skills (e.g., drilling, jigsaw usage), and knowledge of cable management and basic network troubleshooting. Clean Driving Licence: Essential for travelling across the UK. Communication Skills: Confident and professional, ensuring customers feel supported every step of the way. Time Management: Strong organisational skills to prioritise and meet deadlines.
