Job Description:
KPMG’s Pensions Advisory business is expanding its new pensions team and seeks individuals with diverse skill sets.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Manager to collaborate closely with colleagues on pensions investments across private and public sectors, covering both defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Key focus areas include:
* Strategic and dynamic asset allocation, hedging investment risks, cash flow matching
* Manager portfolio construction and reporting
* Interaction of investment strategy with funding policy and covenant quality
* Investment strategies suitable for various journey plans, including pension risk transfer, superfunds, capital-backed journey plans
* Asset liability modelling
* Designing default lifestyling and provider selection in DC
* Selection and monitoring of fiduciary managers and OCIO
The Senior Manager will serve as a key client contact, managing relationships and working with tax, legal, and advisory specialists across KPMG UK. Responsibilities also include team management, coaching, and performance management of junior staff. FCA investment advice authorization is required.

Experience & Knowledge:
* Senior Manager experience in pensions investments, consultancy, or Big 4

* Proficient with MS Office tools
