Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.
- Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical systems within the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to support seamless facility operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Manage and monitor the performance of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues effectively.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications:
