The role
We are on the hunt for someone extraordinary to join our People team! This is a super rare and exciting opportunity to join our rocket ship business and to have the chance to do things a little differently.
Reporting to Matt, our Head of Talent & People, who reports directly to the Chief People Officer, this role plays a key part in embedding corporate HR strategies across Huel while ensuring local business requirements are thoughtfully considered. No two days at Huel are ever the same, and as the business grows your job will be to help ensure our culture remains unique and every Hueligan feels supported to grow. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Strategic Partnering
1. Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver people roadmaps that align with business priorities and drive meaningful change.
2. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, organisational design, and change management initiatives.
Embedding People Strategy:
1. Lead the implementation of People initiatives, ensuring alignment with departmental needs and seamless execution.
2. Drive key cyclical activities such as Performance Review Cycles, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development, delivering exceptional outcomes.
Driving Commercial Outcomes:
1. Leverage data and insights to shape people strategies, influence decision-making, and address emerging challenges proactively.
2. Build strong partnerships across the business to ensure people strategies deliver measurable commercial impact.
Building Relationships:
1. Quickly establish credibility with senior stakeholders, communicating effectively and influencing with gravitas and professionalism.
2. Manage expectations and provide constructive challenge to ensure balanced, well-informed decisions.
Fostering Culture & Performance:
1. Champion initiatives that enhance inclusion, belonging, and high performance across teams.
2. Role model Huel’s values and contribute to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
This role is based in Tring, Hertfordshire 3 days a week but there will be travel required to our London and Birmingham offices as needed.
What we're looking for in you
This role will best suit someone who has a proven track record of working within a people-partnering role. You’ll be ambitious and driven, and have a flexible approach that allows you to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring confidence, professionalism, and high levels of presence and gravitas, enabling you to build trust and inspire confidence among senior stakeholders.
* You'll have a genuine passion for delivering high standards of service and enabling others to do their best work.
* An extensive track record in building credible and trusting relationships with senior leaders.
* The ability to communicate, influence, and network effectively at all levels.
* Strategic and commercial acumen to deliver the best outcomes for the business.

* Experience in all aspects of HR and employee lifecycle activity.
* The ability to identify and manage risks, including employment law considerations and project timelines.

* Strong judgment and decision-making skills to provide sound business advice.

* Hybrid working - We spend Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office together. The remaining two days have the option to be worked from home. There will be some travel required to London and Birmingham for this role on a case-by-case basis.
