What the Job Involves As a Social Care Worker, you will deliver agreed care plans, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and individual service targets. Your responsibilities will include supporting personal care, monitoring progress, and updating managers on any changes in behavior or health. You will contribute to planning daily activities and risk assessments, administer medication in accordance with policies, and maintain accurate records. You will communicate professionally with a range of people involved in care delivery, use appropriate equipment to assist with mobility, and address any challenging behaviors or medical emergencies under the guidance of senior officers. Additionally, you will ensure the safe transportation of service users and participate in health and safety protocols to protect individuals from harm.
