Teaching Personnel are working closely with a primary SEN provision that is based in the Haywards Heath area. The chosen support worker will be expected to work alongside primary aged pupils between the ages of 6-12 years, it’s important that you either have a passion for SEN or have had previous experience within the sector.
About the Role:
The chosen support worker will be expected to support primary aged boys who have Autism and ADHD, the pupils will require additional support during their lessons and whilst they’re on break as it’s important that all Teaching Assistants/Support Workers always oversee the children.

The SEN school has a brilliant Ofsted rating with fantastic facilities, each pupil will have their own specific ECHP (Educational, Health, Care, Plan). The school are also known for their staff development and progression, they believe it’s important that all their staff grow individually, if that’s being the head of their library or overseeing their physical educational department.
