PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Ensure all necessary compliance requirements associated with jobs are completed in a timely manner and to the appropriate standards as part of IZ Energy’s commitment to deliver jobs for our partners. This role will work in tandem with the Sales Administrator to ensure end-to-end delivery of all confirmed jobs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role will involve compliance tasks throughout the end-to-end process to deliver a successful job – in practice, this will involve tasks collaborating with other internal functions and external partners as well as other members of the Compliance and Operations team and will include:
1. Ensuring the tracker and dashboards are updated daily in terms of submissions statuses using the CRM or similar.
2. Carry out investigative auditing on evidence documentation before submitting measures to the Energy Companies/Funders.
3. Use bespoke software to notify installs and progress.
4. Be point of contact for customer to answer any queries or questions and booking in surveys.
5. Ensuring that all required information is gathered from the supply chain to ensure that post-install handover pack is complete with all relevant information.
6. Supporting the Team Lead and Function Head and working as part of a wider team while taking ownership for the successful completion of each job will be an essential part of this role.
