We are a GP surgery in Woodbridge looking to recruit an assistant reception team leader. The key duties of this role are as follows:
* Manage and lead the team in conjunction with the reception team leader
* Booking patient appointments
* Administration management of chronic disease protocol and management of bloods
* Filing of blood results to protocols
* Dealing with queries from the reception team
* New patient registrations
* Monitoring the surgery generic email account
* Training the reception team
* Support the doctors from an administrative point
* Dealing with all associated patient and business administration
The successful candidate will have a good telephone manner, be of smart appearance, be enthusiastic whilst remaining professional and empathetic to work in a busy but friendly office. They also need to have a strong administrative background. We are willing to provide training in specialist areas for the right candidate.
The aim of the practice is to provide a timely, professional and efficient service for our patients and to be courteous to our staff.
The hours will include working all day on Wednesday and Friday from 7.45-18.30, but there is some flexibility on the remaining hours.
