The Position:
FanDuel Sports Network is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to add to our Marketing Team roster. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Customer Strategy this role will manage all customer lifecycle messaging to drive positive subscriber impact through complex email, push, and in-app marketing strategies for our portfolio of teams.
This position is remote friendly.
The Game Plan:
(What you will do)
* Collaborate cross functionally with brand, product, data science, and teams marketing to bring strategic lifecycle campaigns to market, and ensure all outbound campaigns and messaging are aligned with FanDuel Sports Network business objectives, goals, and priorities.
* Accountable for tracking and measuring KPIs that ladder up to business goals, with ongoing efforts to continuously analyze data, identify trends, and implement optimizations.
* Expand and optimize personalization and segmentation strategies to increase engagement, revenue, and efficiency.
* Responsible for campaign set up, building audience segments, journeys, logic, and deployment.
* Conduct basic and complex A/B testing to understand customer behavior and garner deeper insights.
* Conduct competitor research around automated CRM programs and personalized marketing to stay current on industry trends and practices and make recommendations to improve the business.
The Stats:
(What to bring)
* Approximately 6 years of prior experience in a CRM related role
* Expert, hands-on level knowledge of CRM platforms, with a preference for Iterable.
* Established track record of bringing customer data, segments, channel, creative, content, and offers together to drive needed business outcomes via nurture strategies.
* Demonstrated success in executing lifecycle marketing strategies for a prominent DTC brand/ SVOD platform preferred.
* Fluent in interpreting data, creating alignment around actionable insights and translating it into applicable changes.
* Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills, as well as an exceptional attention to detail.
* Brings curiosity, dedication, and an overall center of excellence for the work that you oversee.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships and create alignment with team members and cross-functional teams.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary compensation range for this role is $135,000 - $150,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
