Key Responsibilities: Teach Business Studies to Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 students (GCSE and A-Level). Design and deliver dynamic and engaging lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum. Assess students' progress through regular assessments, coursework, and exam preparation. Encourage a passion for business, developing students' understanding of business theory and its real-world applications. Support students in developing practical skills in business management, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share teaching strategies. Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them to meet their academic potential. Ideal Candidate: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification. Experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 is essential, with A-Level teaching experience being a plus. A passion for business education and the ability to motivate and engage students. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students.
