Working across our fast growing roster of clients, you'll work closely with the rest of our Performance Marketing team and with our clients to deliver best in class Paid Media campaigns that support our wider digital strategies and help our clients to achieve their objectives. This role can be based in either our London or Amsterdam offices. Day to day you will be: Executing and optimising client campaigns across the major Paid Media platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram etc) Client reporting demonstrating performance against KPIs Implementing Testing and Optimisation Roadmaps Providing data-driven and evidence-backed performance updates Working closely with UX, Design, Content and SEO colleagues to drive client success Working to identify opportunities and approaches to ensure our client campaigns are best in class today, tomorrow and beyond Experience & skills: 1 years of PPC/paid media experience Track record of hands on management of PPC (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) advertising platforms Understanding of Analytics packages such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics et al Analytical mindset and comfortable crunching the numbers Understanding of wider digital marketing landscape Experience with landing pages and conversion optimisation a bonus Passionate about learning and development (with our support) Collaborative and team focused approach to working Experience in working with B2B technology or SaaS companies would be considered an advantage Working for us We provide the fun and fast paced environment of a global agency.
