Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
1. Liaise between internal departments including Service/PDI
2. Inspect and monitor new/used car preparation work and schedules to meet customer deadlines
3. Photographing of Stock and keeping Internet advertising platforms up to date
4. Assisting Sales Team with Administration
5. Organising Vehicle Delivery/Hand over
6. Managing Auction Cars storage/disposal
7. Assist with Forecourt Presentation
Desired Skills and Experience:
8. Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
9. Full, valid GB driving licence is essential
10. Knowledge of manufacturer programmes and databases would be advantageous
11. A confident and polite telephone manner with the ability to work accurately when faced with heavy workloads
