We are seeking a strong leader to step into the position of Head of Business. This dynamic insurance organisation is focused on exciting growth across its commercial fleet and motor trade sectors.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will drive the business growth strategy in collaboration with the CEO and Leadership Team. This pivotal role will significantly enhance sales performance, refine product offerings, and elevate client service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. The Head of Business will inspire and lead sales teams through impactful coaching and strategic meetings.
2. They will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to amplify the company’s brand presence.
3. Continuous evaluation and enhancement of product offerings to meet client demands will be essential.
4. The role requires forging strong relationships with insurance partners, leveraging industry trends for competitive advantage.
5. Monitoring and communicating sales performance will ensure that targets are consistently met and exceeded.
