Manage and maintain the purchase ledger
Process invoices accurately and promptly
Resolve queries regarding payments and invoices
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely payments
Assist in month-end procedures and reporting
Work closely with other members of the finance team
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the departmentProfile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
A strong understanding of purchase ledger processes
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
