We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our large consultancy clients for an experienced Document Controller / Contract Administrator to support all functions of the operational side of their business.
Contract is running till 2028
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and management of all pre-construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Organise and maintain document control systems for project files, specifications, drawings, and other related documents.
- Ensure timely submission and tracking of documents
- Review, update, and maintain project filing systems, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Support the team in managing project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Ensure adherence to document control procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks related to project management and pre-construction activities.
Key Requirements:
- BPSS/SC Clearance required (process provided)
- Working near Reading, Berkshire so should be based within a local commuter distance from the client's location and their Reading office
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative, while also being a supportive team player.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
