About the Role
To provide sales and administrative support and maintain the relationship with allocated WMC TOP 10 or Potential Growth firms. Assist your firms with day to day queries, to enable them to be able to use our Platform to transact business smoothly on behalf of their clients.
Promote the Adviser Support Hub as firms' first go-to place for answers and be on hand for further support and relationship management activities to a high standard to encourage new business flows and retain existing business. Aligned to a regional Hub, you’ll work collaboratively with the allocated Wealth management consultant and Platform specialist, providing first class support to the firms aligned to the panel, and be a key part of the UK Platform Distribution team.
About You
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Deal with all emails and queries from Accounts, their customers, and Sales always promoting correct use of the Adviser Support Hub as first response route.
2. Build, Develop and maintain strong relationships with Wealth Management Consultants and FA’s.
3. Support FA firms with all queries and/or issues, mainly pre-sale and post-sale escalations.
4. Provide back-up account management support when required due to holiday/sickness cover.
5. Complete all tasks in line with agreed service standards, procedures and compliance guidelines.
6. Manage and maintain new business pipeline in conjunction with the WMC.
7. Acknowledgement of mail and documentation for accounts on request. Ensure that all documentation relating to accounts is overseen in accordance with breach deadlines and service standards and escalation process.
8. Produce individual customer-specific documentation for issue resolution (e.g. corrections).
9. Assist with pipeline tracking and providing updates to accounts. Liaise with relevant parties to chase outstanding documentation or information required to complete applications via telephone, letter or email.
10. Provide regular information on the performance of the accounts where you have been designated as the single point of contact.
11. Immediate response to any expressions of dissatisfaction, and thorough investigation and resolution of cases of service failure.
12. Escalation of issues to firm relationship contacts e.g WMC, Platform Specialist, Regional Manager, in a timely and effective manner.
13. Identify and communicate areas of improvement from a sales and marketing perspective.
14. Attendance at, and involvement in organisation of face to face or virtual meetings with accounts, to include regular Service reviews, Operational Management and Sales.
15. Customer care is proactively considered, emphasis is placed on provision of service excellence and value to our clients, and to ensure work is right first time.
16. Produce management information for WMC’s and FA firms to support new business and retention of Quilter assets.
17. Monitor and react to adviser activity ensuring WMC’s are alerted to all potential opportunities for new business/asset retention.
18. You may, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature in other teams that fall within your capabilities, as directed by management.
