Role overview: The role of the Head of Operations (Energy Services) involves management accountability for the Energy Services Division, made up by individual departments including Compliance, Design, Glazing & Doors, Electrical, Renewables, Insulation, and Heating. It requires an experienced operational figurehead who can engage with people at all levels, nurture relationships, analyze and oversee the management of the Energy Services area e.g. planning, coordinating, and controlling energy services, as well as compliance. You will play a key part in the Senior Management Team at Sureserve, whilst maintaining an efficient and profitable operation. Duties and responsibilities: You will be the main point of contact for Internal Stake Holders, Clients (Local Authorities, Housing Associations) and 3rd Party Sub-Contractors to enable the smooth delivery of multiple schemes to deliver Renewable Energy Solutions into Domestic Properties in the Greater London area, enhancing energy efficiency. Work with the heads of departments on the implementation of allocated large-scale capital projects putting in place appropriate relationships with project managers, operational staff, client teams etc. Implement and monitor KPI’s to ensure operations are meeting targets for productivity, quality, cost and customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on KPI’s identifying trends and taking corrective actions to stay ahead of target. Develop and lead a high-performing operations team by focusing on training and performance management. Maintain an awareness of all current trends & trading conditions within the marketplace in which you trade, including competitors/work practices/client trading patterns/benchmarking etc. Ensure the retention of current clients and develop potential business partners. Creation and maintenance of rigorous processes around identification of risk.
