Were opening Le Café NAC, a brand-new all-day dining concept in Belgravia, and were looking for an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join the team and help lead the way. This exciting new venue will offer French-inspired food and drinks with global influences, set in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in one of Londons most vibrant neighbourhoods.
Le Café NAC is the latest addition to BVC Group, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognized food concepts, including NAC, Crme, 74 Duke, and Supernova. With a strong presence in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Group is known for blending creativity with operational excellence, delivering outstanding dining experiences across multiple markets.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new opening, working closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth operations, and a strong team culture.
POSITION SUMMARY
As Assistant General Manager, you will work alongside the General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the team. This role requires a hands-on and strategic approach, ensuring high service standards, team engagement, and operational efficiency.
This position demands strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality. You will help drive the success of Le Café NAC by supporting the team, maintaining service excellence, and contributing to a dynamic work culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager, ensuring smooth service and high hospitality standards.
* Inspire, train, and support the team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
* Maintain an exceptional guest experience, ensuring top-quality food, drinks, and service.
* Support financial performance by assisting with budget management, cost control, and revenue growth.
* Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency.
* Assist with recruitment, training, and staff development to build a strong and engaged workforce.
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
* Implement operational improvements and contribute creative ideas to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
* Hospitality Leadership: Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role in a high-energy, high-volume hospitality setting.
* Guest Experience Focus: Passion for creating outstanding guest experiences and delivering exceptional service.
* Financial & Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and revenue management.
* Team Leadership: Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Adaptability & Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to handle challenges and find effective solutions.
