Responsibilities
The Client Manager primarily delivers high quality administrative support to our Financial Advisers. The objective is to deliver great service and advice to every client whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance standards are maintained.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication, both by email and telephone;
2. Provide high level administrative support to the Financial Planning and Paraplanning departments;
3. Prepare client files to include compliance required documentation; research; illustrations and supporting documentation;
4. Complete client’s annual reports within a timely manner taking full responsibility for the client files and IT records throughout the advice process;
5. Ensure that files are complete with all required client identification and documentation;
6. Process business submissions accurately and ensure that systems are updated correctly;
7. Progress all business through in a timely manner, whether this is chasing product providers, advisers, clients or other third parties;
8. Process client withdrawal requests;
9. Booking of client review meetings for the advisers and scheduling these meetings in the adviser’s diaries;
10. Attending meetings when required to provide admin support to the financial planner;
11. Dealing with incoming post, phone calls and greeting clients to the office.
