The Role of a Sales Assistant
As a Sales Assistant, you will develop strong customer relationships in your store offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. What do you need to succeed as a Sales Assistant?
* Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assist
* Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven.
* Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise
* Prior experience as an Assistant Supervisor or Sales Assistant within Tool Hire/Construction or similar industry.
* Hold a valid driver's license.
What does the Sales Assistant role involve?
* Your focus will be independently running the HSS concession within our partnering Builder’s Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where you can!
* Building and maintaining strong connections with our customers to ensure we keep their repeat business.
* Support key sales initiatives and strategy striving to exceed sales and revenue targets ensure we’re being innovative and forward-thinking in our approach.
Similar Working Pattern
Monday to Friday 7:30am until 17:30pm and Saturday 8:00am until 13:00pm
(with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked).
