User Experience (UX) Writer
What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll simplify complex processes by turning detailed SOPs into clear, user-friendly articles. You'll align content across teams to keep documentation consistent and support business goals. Working closely with product managers, you'll ensure documentation enhances user journeys during product launches. Continuous feedback from users and teams will guide your improvements, and you’ll maintain high standards of quality, ensuring all content stays accurate and useful as the company evolves.

Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in technical writing, knowledge operations, or UX content creation.
* Strong UX judgment: Ability to design content that improves the user experience and solves real problems.
* Data-Driven Insight: Ability to use feedback, data, and performance metrics to identify content gaps and improve documentation.
* Comfort with CRM tools and other business systems.
* Research Skills: Quickly gather and process new information about systems, processes, and products to keep content accurate and relevant.
