Our client is looking for part-time Accounts Administrator to join their finance team on permanent basis.The role is based in Warrington, close to town centre and major transport links. You will be working as a part of small finance team and assist with accounts administration for the company. The role include working 20-30 hours a week, including Thursday and Friday. The role is office based. Basic pay is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum pro rata the hours. The role: Company credit card administration Weekly custom clearance submissions Processing purchase invoices Processing employee expenses Update monthly Environmental usage tracker Provide holiday cover for the finance team Assisting with annual stock take administration Assist with other accounting duties as required Payroll administration - collating information for submission to payroll bureau Key skills: Excellent Excel knowledge Ability to work in faced paced environment Proactive mindset Willing learner / curious about systems and processes Attention to detail with strong numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills Ensuring all activities are completed accurately and efficiently Confident in using multiple bespoke software systems Ability to perform well both individually and as part of a team Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work Qualifications Required: AAT qualifications Excellent Excel skills Company Benefits: Reward Discount Scheme Company Pension 25 days holiday (pro rata) Onsite parking
