As a Client Services Team Manager, you will oversee the client services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administration across the full lifecycle of client acquisition and management. Skills and Experience You Need:
* Technical Competence: Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with financial platforms like CURO or Transact is a major advantage (training provided).
* Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and developing a team, with strong organisational and communication skills.
* Client Interaction: Confidence in talking to clients and handling their queries directly is crucial. You'll need to be well-organised and have excellent attention to detail.

* Desirable Experience: Prior experience in the financial advice profession or similar roles is beneficial. Progression in Certificate or Diploma in Financial Planning is desirable but not essential.
