Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 students.
2. Assess and record students' progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
3. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
4. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications:
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
6. Experience working with Key Stage 1 students
7. Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
8. Strong classroom management skills
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
10. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Preferred Qualifications:
11. Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
12. Specialist training in Early Years Education
