Key Responsibilities
Act as the key point of contact for retrofit projects, coordinating between assessors, designers, installers, and clients.
Ensure compliance with PAS 2035 regulations and quality standards..
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the retrofit process.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and technical support where needed.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with retrofit projects.
Stay up to date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
Built environment background ideal
Excellent organisational skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Familiarity with retrofit software tools and data analysis (preferred but not essential).
A passion for sustainability and improving energy efficiency in buildings.
